RENT DOES NOT INCLUDE: | |
1) Water consumption | |
2) Energy consumption | |
3) Heating and air conditioning consumption | |
4) 700€ deposit for a from one to three months stay | |
5) 1.400€ deposit for a three months or more stay | |
6) Communal tourist tax (three euros per day for the first fourteen days) | |
Communal tourist tax should NOT be paid only by: | |
a) University students aged 26 or less | |
b) People residing in Milano | |
c) Security force agents | |
d) Milano hospital patients and their helper | |
e) Disabled people and their helper | |
7) End of the stay cleaning procedures: 100€ for Studio Apartment – 120€ for the others apartments | |
8) All the services explained in the “rent does NOT include” section | |
n.b.: consumption related to points 1), 2) and 3) will be recorded monthly on regular counters basis | |
SERVICES FOR HIRE: | |
1) Private parking space for 90€ per month | |
2) Set of bed sheet and hand towels: € 35 pax | |
3) Laundromat | |
TYPE OF CONTRACT: | |
1) Minimum duration: one month | |
2) Cancellation needs to be done within a three months notification | |
PAYMENTS PROCEDURES: | |
1) 50% of the monthly rent needs to be paid while booking | |
The booking is considered complete once we receive this first 50% of the payment | |
2) The remaining 50% of the rent needs to be paid once arrived at our residence | |
3) The deposit needs to be paid once arrived at our residence | |
The deposit will be given back during the check-out. We will make sure of the apartment general conditions and furniture conditions | |
4) Payments for a more than one month stay needs to be previously done on agreed terms | |
CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION: | |
1) You’d be given back 90% of your deposit if you cancel your reservation thirty days before the starting day of you stay. | |
2) You’d be given back 40% of your deposit if you cancel your reservation between thirty and fifteen days before the starting date of your stay; | |
3) The deposit won’t be given back if you cancel your reservation within fourteen or less days before the starting day of your stay. | |

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: | |
1) Animals are not allowed | |
2) Check-in and check-out needs to be done Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 11:30 am
3) To issue an invoice, please make the request at the time of booking. Withouth the request, a receipt will be issued. |
